Physical Gift Cards and eGift Cards can be purchased online at any time. Physical gift cards can also be purchased in restaurants during regular business hours. eGift Cards are imemdiately delivered via email, or can be scheduled for delivery at a later date. Physical gift cards are shipped with a a presenter card and envelope with space for a personal greeting. You may redeem a gift card for food and beverages at any participating Connors Steak & Seafood or Chop House restaurant. Not redeemable for cash except where required by law. GIFT CARD REDEMPTION
For your security and to prevent fraud, gift cards must be redeemed in person (in-restaurant dining or to-go orders placed in the restaurant).

GIFT CARD BALANCE
For gift cards with a scratch-off PIN number on the back, you can check your gift card balance online. For gift cards without a PIN number, please contact your local Connors Steak & Seafood during regular business hours for assistance.

Standard USPS with Tracking can take 4-10 business days for delivery once shipped. Orders placed before 2PM EST (Monday - Friday) will be shipped the same day, orders placed after 2PM will be shipped the next business day.

PLEASE NOTE: For physical gift card orders, please allow for extra delivery time due to COVID-related impacts on all shipping carriers.

Only one delivery address per order, please. If you need to send gift cards to multiple addresses, please consider: 1) sending them all to your home or business to personalize, or 2) repeating the checkout process for each individual shipping address.
