My journey with Connors Steak & Seafood began when I was searching for an opportunity in a more elevated dining environment known for quality and strong standards. I've been with the company for many years, growing from a server into my current role as General Manager of our Naples location. Throughout that time, I've learned the importance of patience and empathy - lessons that have influenced both my leadership style and everyday life. What I enjoy most is developing people and watching them become successful. Seeing my team at Connors Naples grow and thrive is the most rewarding part of my role.
